Well it seems most of the Sri Lankan Cricket stars will skip SLPL 2011. This include players like Thilakarathne Dilshan, Kumara Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardane, Lasith Malinga and Angelo Mathews.

Anyway the reason for this is because the players will have a rest for the upcoming tour of Australia as said by Media Manager of Sri Lanka Cricket Mr.Brian Thomas.
